Our Commitment
DREAD IX aims to make the storefront usable for customers with different visual, motor, cognitive, and assistive technology needs.
We design pages with readable contrast, responsive layouts, semantic structure, keyboard access, alt text, and predictable navigation wherever possible.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As new product pages, checkout flows, account tools, and editorial sections are added, we test and adjust the experience.
Some third-party services, including checkout and account tools, may be controlled by their own accessibility systems and release cycles.
Supported Browsing
The site is built for modern browsers on desktop and mobile devices. Customers using assistive technology should be able to navigate core pages, browse products, read policies, use forms, and reach checkout.
If you find a barrier, note the page, browser, assistive technology if applicable, and what you were trying to do so the issue can be investigated.
Feedback
DREAD IX welcomes accessibility feedback. Use the contact route connected to your account, order, or customer support message and include as much detail as possible.
We prioritize issues that block browsing, account access, product selection, cart use, or checkout.
