Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your confirmation email.
Made-to-order or customized items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times for these items will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates And Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S.
Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Check our homepage banner or promotions for current offers.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
International Orders
We ship worldwide to select countries.
Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will not be reimbursed by DREAD IX.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, Or Delayed Packages
DREAD IX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier.
