DREAD IX Return And Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
To be eligible for a return, items must be full-price, unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, including dust bags.
Return requests must be submitted through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, limited edition drops, items marked Final Sale, customized or personalized products, shipping charges, and international shipping fees, taxes, or duties are not returnable.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are worn, damaged, missing tags, or lacking original packaging.
DREAD IX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return criteria.
Inspection And Processing
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. Please allow up to 10 to 14 business days for processing after the return is delivered.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection.
Refunds will be issued only after returned items are inspected. We are unable to issue a credit card refund if the purchase was placed with a gift card.
How To Start A Return
Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery through the DREAD IX online return portal. You will need your order number, including the D9# prefix, and your shipping zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Pack your return with the printed return packing slip from the portal inside the box.
Ship your return with the carrier you prefer. DREAD IX does not provide return shipping labels, and we do not charge a return handling or restocking fee.
Refund Confirmation
Keep your return tracking number as proof of delivery.
You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return is processed.
If you selected store credit or a gift card, check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Fair Use Policy
We want every customer to enjoy a great shopping experience at DREAD IX. To ensure fairness, we monitor return and cancellation activity.
Excessive returns, cancellations, or failure to comply with our terms may result in account closure or restricted purchasing ability.
